These terms govern your use of Wedding (booking software for wedding venues and restaurants). By registering for or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Wedding is an annual-subscription platform that gives your venue (a wedding hall or restaurant) its own booking site, a staff dashboard, and an offline-capable desktop app. One plan, 15,000 EGP/year, all features included — no add-on fees.
The person registering must be authorized to represent the business. You're responsible for keeping your own and your staff's login credentials confidential.
Subscriptions are paid annually in advance via Paymob and renew automatically each year using your saved payment method, unless cancelled before the renewal date. If a renewal charge fails, you get a short grace period before the account is suspended — see the Refund Policy.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current paid period — no partial refund for unused time. See the Refund Policy.
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, enter misleading customer data, or attempt to access another business's data on the platform.
Your bookings, customer records, and catalog data belong to you. Wedding does not use your data for anything other than providing the service to you.
We work to keep the platform available but don't currently commit to a contractual uptime SLA. The desktop app keeps working through internet outages or brief server downtime.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used fraudulently, notifying you where reasonably possible.
The service is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted under Egyptian law.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
